We have worked across Sydney City and the Inner East since 2012, from terrace renovations in Surry Hills, Paddington and Glebe to apartment balconies in Potts Point, Darlinghurst and Elizabeth Bay, and new builds in Alexandria, Rosebery and Mascot. Each one is measured and resolved around its site — the levels, the boundaries, the line of the pool or balcony and the building behind it.
In the inner city the work is as often a balustrade as a pool fence: a rooftop terrace, a void, a staircase or a courtyard plunge pool, usually on a tight site with the neighbours close by. Every balustrade and fence we install pairs 12mm toughened safety glass with 2205 marine-grade stainless steel fixings, set out to the millimetre and installed by licensed glaziers. Every installation is backed by our 10-year structural guarantee.

Yes. We work throughout the inner city — Potts Point, Darlinghurst and Surry Hills, through Paddington, Redfern and Glebe, to Alexandria, Zetland, Rosebery and Mascot.
Yes. In the inner city balustrades are most of what we do. We install frameless glass balustrades on balconies, rooftop terraces, voids and staircases, engineered and certified to AS 1288 and installed by licensed glaziers, with the fixings and hardware finish chosen to suit the building.
Yes. Inner-city pools are usually tight to a boundary wall or the house, so we set the fence out to the millimetre around walls, steps and planting, and choose the fixing to suit: core-drilled spigots into concrete and stone, deck-mount spigots for timber decks, and stand-offs or channel fixing where a raised slab calls for it.
Every pool barrier we install is designed to meet Australian Standard AS 1926.1 and the NSW Swimming Pools Act. We work through gate positions, heights and non-climbable zones with you during the design consultation, before anything is ordered.
Most of our inner-city projects come through the architects, builders and strata managers we partner with, and we work from their drawings and to their program. Homeowners are welcome to come to us directly as well.
Our frameless glass fencing carries a 10-year structural guarantee. Our installers are licensed glaziers who have completed a four-year glass and glazing apprenticeship.
